Flavours of the South on Provence’s most beautiful terrace

Jonathan LELOREC, originally from the Pays de la Loire region, is passionate about cooking. A lover of the different terroirs and their specialities, he has honed his skills in prestigious establishments both in France and overseas.

Based in Provence for the last 2 years, he succumbed to the charm of the Abbaye de Sainte Croix, where he was prep cook before becoming head chef.

His cuisine is characterised by his gourmet taste, generosity, love of fresh produce and his special touch of originality. To share this tasty cuisine with you, Jonathan and his team work with local producers and tradespeople.

Restaurant times: From 12 a.m to 2 p.m and from 7.30 p.m to 9 p.m.

Open:
- Monday to Saturday

Closed: 
- Sunday all day 
- Closed from December 17th to 26th inclusive

For all these dates, the menu proposed will be the "De retour du marché" (“Fresh Market Produce”) menu at €45 or the "Le sentier des aromates" (“Flavours Trail”) menu at €60
